The Body Corporate of That Storage Place (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a Body Corporate that enforces the set of rules, policies and procedures, contained in their Conduct Rules, that serves the best interests of the group of owners of the Scheme.
The Body Corporate of That Storage Place’s (“Scheme”) main purpose is the provision of long term and short term self-storage for personal and/or business items. The Scheme also manages and maintain the common property. In order to do this, they have appointed Trustees to act on their behalf.
The Trustees’ duties include the following:
• Establishing a fund via levies paid by the owners for maintenance, management and administration of the common property and payment of taxes, water, electricity, insurance and other necessary services;
• Opening a bank account(s);
• Insuring the buildings;
• Maintaining the common property;
• Arranging repair of any damage caused once insurance has paid out or has been covered by whoever responsible;
• Maintaining all the instruments and machines that form part of the common property.

13. Destroying of Personal Information
Your Personal Information is destroyed after 5 (five) years by purging records from the database on which it is stored.
